Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or multiple addresses in one order.
  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.

Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic U.S. orders are free from import duties.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays & Lost Packages

Delayed Deliveries

  • If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days after dispatch, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Missing Packages

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your local delivery office.
  2. Track your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
  3. If still unresolved, reach out to us — we usually reply within 24–48 hours.

  • Correct Address: We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
  • Address Changes: Please notify us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Once dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.
